Revision Policy

USWA SOLUTION LLC offers unlimited revisions according to the selected package. Clients may request revisions as per their purchased plan at no additional cost. However, the original design concept will remain the same.
Revisions can only be requested for one of the provided design options at a time. Revisions on multiple concepts simultaneously may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.

  • Typical revision turnaround time is 48–72 hours for logo and website designs.
  • 3–5 business days for video animations.
  • Timelines for software, apps, and game revisions vary depending on the project scope.
  • Development and functionality-related revisions depend on complexity.
  • Digital marketing strategy revisions depend on research, channels, budget, and overall campaign size.

New Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to the time required to deliver the initial design concepts after order confirmation and submission of a complete design brief.

  • Logo designs: 24–48 hours (or 48+ hours for 4+ concepts)
  • Website design (home/index): 48 hours minimum after confirmation
  • Static websites (5–7 pages): 3–5 business days
  • Orders placed on Fridays or weekends begin processing from Monday
  • Illustrative logos: 48–72 hours for first concept

Teamwork (Project Management)

We use Teamwork, a project management platform that ensures transparent communication, accountability, and smooth collaboration between our clients and internal teams.

Upon project initiation, clients receive an invitation to join the Teamwork Portal, where they can:

  • Communicate directly with their assigned Project Manager
  • Track progress and updates
  • Share files and feedback efficiently

Refund Policy

USWA SOLUTION LLC offers a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the initial mockups.
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase and may take up to 21 business days to process.

To initiate a refund, please request our Refund Form from Customer Support at info@uswasolutionllc.com.
Refunds will only be processed after the form is completed and reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Work on revisions has begun (revision = confirmation to proceed).
  • Mockups were created from client-provided sketches or ideas.
  • Failure to respond within 10 business days of receiving a design/revision.
  • Refund requests due to “change of mind” or disagreements with partners.
  • Project inactivity for over 2 weeks.
  • Services like SEO, PPC, SMO, content writing, domain registration, and hosting are non-refundable.
  • Design firms or third-party resellers are not eligible for refunds.

Once a refund is issued, all rights to the designs transfer to USWA SOLUTION LLC.

To claim your refund:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise specified.


Content Policy

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, including images, copy, and text.
For e-commerce projects, USWA SOLUTION LLC may provide up to 10–30 sample products, while the client must supply actual product details (name, price, images, shipping policy, etc.).
We do not offer copywriting services unless specified in the package.

We aim to meet and exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality, well-researched, and professionally crafted designs.
Our Quality Assurance team ensures all deliverables align with client requirements.

Delivery Policy

Final deliverables will be sent to your registered account and confirmed via email on the specified delivery date.
